Why, gifts from our secret pal do!
I'm still sick, but getting better, and when I came back from work today, a package with the most wonderful things in it was waiting for me. My generous Secret Pal got me a skein of Claudia's Handpainted sock-yarn and a pair of bamboo clover needles (yay!). She also got me a skein of 100% baby alpaca in a lovely blue color for some armwarmers for work, a heart-felt card, and a box of yummy-looking chocolates (I can't wait!). To top it off, she sent with it a pair of wonderfully soft, cotton washclothes that she knit herself!
I (heart) my Secret Pal!
Speaking of which, I think my SP read my mind, because looky what I put together out of some spare tahki cotton classic while I've been sick:
It doesn't look as oddly shaped as that in person. In fact, I'd have to say it mostly looks squarish.
Oh, and thank you to everyone who's given me get well regards! I'm feeling much better and I have most of my voice back. I'm still coughing, though, and Rick thinks I maybe have pneumonia, so I may be going back to the doctor if this cough doesn't clear up after I finish my z-pack.
Ok, well, I've been a good girl for the past week or so and haven't eaten any sweets while I've been sick, so I'm off to go treat myself to some chocolaty-goodness!

I'm glad you like everything! I love knitting dishcloths, because it's fun to experiment with new textures and patterns. I hope the chocolates are intact... I keep worrying that you'll open the little box and have a lot of goo inside.
I hope you're well soon! -Your SP
