Ok, back to knitting content!

I recalled this morning, that I had not posted a picture of the finished armwarmers, even though they have been finished for some 2 weeks now (bad blogger). So here you go:

Please ignore the wet hair. I love these armwarmers, and will probably make another pair (with a correction to the cables for my good friend Kae).

Oh, and some good news. I recently won a drawing/contest over on Cassie's blog. I recieved the yarn in the mail yesterday, see:

Thanks so much Cassie!

It's Gems Pearl in a really nice green color. I think that maybe I'll make something to match the colors of my blog. Maybe a pair of socks, or a small shawl would be nice.

Knitting Olympics progress: I have completed the hood of Rogue, with the help of the aforementioned Kae, who helped show me how to properly graft. Now I'm trying to figure out what needle size I was working with (long story) so that I can work on the sleeves.

Maybe a picture of that will come later this week? Stay tuned to see.

Ok, you. That only works if you remember which one you were using to slide it into the little gauge deal. Otherwise, all addis look alike.

Good luck figuring out which needles you need! The armwarmers look great, and I can't wait to see how Rogue is coming along. Good luck on the Olympics!

Sorry, I forgot to say that that was from your secret pal :)

So glad that the yarn got there safely, and that you like the color. I hope you enjoy whatever you make with it, and good luck with your Olympic knitting.
