Watching Life Pass through a Window #3: I've Got Some Good News and Some...

Ok, so I only have good news this time. Rick and I went today to go sign a 'counter-offer acceptance' form. What does this mean? We found a house!!

The house we found is still in MWC, is 1209 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, nice sized back-yard, 2 car garage. It is in an area of Midwest City that was hardest hit by an f5 tornado 7 years ago, which is ok because that means that they had to update/fix the windows (they had been blown out), the garage door, the roof, and the front storm door. This also means that it has a storm shelter (a.k.a.-hidey hole). We're really excited, and hopefully I'll be able to post some pictures of it soon.

In knitting news? Not very much. I've started a really cool rug from the book One Skein, but I need to gather some more worsted weight yarn before I can really get cooking on it. I was surprised to see how much dk and fingering weight yarn I owned when I went through the cabinet looking for worsted weight yarn. Rick gave me permission to buy some (I think mainly because he really likes the rug, too), but I think I'll probably have to wait on that one until we get moved in.

Maybe I'll be able to figure out why Blogger isn't letting me post from my home pc sometime soon, that way I'll be able to post some pictures and stuff.

Have fun until then!
